These Terms of Use apply to all guests using the rental salon “Space ✦ Coffret.”
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligible Users

When making a reservation, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and a reachable phone number.
Since important notifications will be sent via email, please use an address you check regularly and a mobile number where you can be reached.

Business Hours

Our space is available for use 24 hours a day.
We strictly prohibit entry to the premises after alcohol consumption.

Site Visit

A 30-minute tour is available prior to your first use, so you can check the facilities and ease of use.

We prioritize bookings from general users, so we only accept site visits for the same day or the following day.
If no available time slots are shown, please check back and book on a different day.

How to Book

Payment must be completed using the designated method at the time of reservation.
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy.

Entry Instructions

The PIN code required for entry will be included in both the reservation confirmation email and the reminder email sent the day before your booking.
At your scheduled time, please enter the PIN on the front door’s electronic lock to unlock it.

If you notice any issues upon entering—such as the room not being properly reset, trash left behind, or lights left on—please let us know.

Please note that security cameras are installed near the entrance and inside the closet area for equipment monitoring and safety.

Exit Instructions

Before leaving, please make sure to clean the space and return it to its original condition.
Turn off all equipment you used, including the air conditioner, towel warmer, and water heater.
If you moved any items or furniture, please put them back in their original position.

As another guest may be entering immediately after you, please vacate the room within your reserved time.

Lastly, make sure to lock the door securely when you leave.

Restoration Policy

At our salon, guests are requested to return the space to its original condition after use.

Please turn off all lights and electrical appliances before leaving, and return any moved items to their original positions.
Even if devices such as the air conditioner, towel warmer, lighting, or refrigerator are on when you arrive, they may have been left on by the previous user.
We kindly ask that you turn everything off upon leaving.

If a complaint is received from the next guest, you may be held responsible for any resulting damages.

Guests are also expected to perform basic cleaning after use.
While the space is periodically cleaned by the management, we greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment.

Restoration Policy
  • Turn off the air conditioner.
  • Turn off the towel warmer and water heater (Shin-Okubo only).
  • Adjust only the angle of the blinds; do not raise or lower them.
  • Close the sheer curtains before leaving.
  • Leave the blackout curtains open and secured with the hooks.
  • Take all trash with you.
  • If you eat or drink, please remove all garbage and eliminate odors.
  • If you adjusted the height of the treatment bed, return it to its original position.
  • Clean the room to ensure there is no dirt. Use floor sheets, vacuum cleaner, disinfectant wipes, and take all trash with you.

Prohibited Items / Actions

  • Bringing alcohol or entering under the influence
  • Use of strong-smelling items
  • Shouting, loud noise, or causing vibrations
  • Bringing heavy items, firearms, hazardous materials, or illegal drugs
  • Smoking in the room, balcony, or common areas (including e-cigarettes)
  • Any behavior that may cause complaints from neighbors
  • Tampering with, unplugging, or hiding security cameras or Wi-Fi routers
  • Unauthorized use of the shower (please purchase in advance if needed)
  • Unauthorized use of towels (rental or purchase required)
  • Using the treatment bed for purposes other than treatments
  • Excessive use of consumable supplies beyond reasonable limits
  • Illegal sales, gambling, drinking, smoking, drug use, prostitution, sexual acts, etc.
  • Acts against public order and morality, or any illegal or inappropriate behavior
  • Any form of adult entertainment (the space is not licensed for such activities)
  • Use of the space by persons under 16 after 6:00 PM
  • Use by someone other than the person who made the reservation, or by those who have not agreed to the terms
  • Flushing anything other than toilet paper in the toilet
  • Pouring leftovers, chemicals, or oil into the sink or bath (may damage pipes)

Trouble Response

Guests will be held fully responsible for any damage, loss, or unauthorized removal of property, equipment, or fixtures within the salon.
Please arrange your own insurance coverage, such as liability or treatment insurance, as necessary. If needed, we are happy to refer you to an insurance provider.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. If the on-site manager finds an item, it will be stored on the premises for up to two months. After that period, unclaimed items will be discarded.
If unauthorized access, insufficient reset, or damage to the facilities results in interference with the next guest’s use of the space, we ask that the involved parties resolve the matter directly.
While we may issue warnings, we are not responsible for and do not intervene in disputes or issues between guests or between guests and their clients.

Terms of use and operational guidelines are subject to change without prior notice.
