Cancellation fees will apply according to the following terms.((For example, if your reservation is on the 10th, you can cancel without a fee until midnight on the 6th, which is four days before.)

*1 … A link to your My Page is included in the reservation confirmation email. You can also generate the link from the menu.
*2 … Since requests via the form are handled manually by our staff, we may not be able to process them in time if they are made on short notice. Please submit your request well in advance.
Re-Release Refunds (If Unable to Use the Reservation)
From 1 day before the reservation date, 100% cancellation fee applies and refunds are not available.
However, if you’re unable to use your reservation, you can request a Re-Release Cancellation.
We will re-open your reserved time slot on the calendar.
At this point, no refund is issued.
If the re-opened time is successfully booked by another customer, we will refund you the resold amount, minus:
- 4% refund processing fee
- bank transfer fee
The refundable amount will be based on the actual sales received by our space.
Discounted rates (such as same-day discounts) or portal site fees will be deducted.
Please note that calculating the final refund amount and confirming new reservations may take up to one month.
The transfer fee applies to domestic bank accounts in Japan.
For international bank transfers, fees may differ.
