Cancellation fees will apply according to the following terms.

Cancellation Before 4 Days
Cancellations made up to 4 days before the reserved date can be completed directly from your LINE booking confirmation screen.
If you wish to change the time, please cancel first and rebook.
Cancellation After the 4-Day Deadline
If you wish to cancel 3 or 2 days before the reserved date, please submit a cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued by bank transfer, minus the applicable cancellation fee and a transfer fee .
Changes to Reservation Time After Deadline
If you wish to change the reservation time within 3 days of the booking, please submit a change request.
Requests may or may not be accepted depending on availability and the nature of the change.
For example: If you’re adjusting times within the same day and the total amount stays the same, we’ll try to accommodate your request as flexibly as possible.
Note: Some requests may be denied.
Re-Release Refunds (If Unable to Use the Reservation)
From 1 day before the reservation date, 100% cancellation fee applies and refunds are not available.
However, if you’re unable to use your reservation, you can request a Re-Release Cancellation.
We will re-open your reserved time slot on the calendar.
At this point, no refund is issued.
If the re-opened time is successfully booked by another customer, we will refund you the resold amount, minus:
- 4% refund processing fee
- bank transfer fee
The refundable amount will be based on the actual sales received by our space.
Discounted rates (such as same-day discounts) or portal site fees will be deducted.
Please note that calculating the final refund amount and confirming new reservations may take up to one month.
The transfer fee applies to domestic bank accounts in Japan.
For international bank transfers, fees may differ.
