本利用規約は、レンタルサロン「スペース‧✦‧コフレ」の利用者に順守いただく規約内容となります。
ご予約の際は、利用規約をご理解いただき、同意の上でご予約、ご利用いただけるものと判断させていただきますので、よくお読みいただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
These Terms of Use apply to all guests using the rental salon “Space ✦ Coffret.”
By making a reservation, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
ご利用いただける方
当サロンをご予約いただく際には、お名前、メールアドレス、連絡の取れる電話番号をご登録いただきます。
メールで各種通知がいきますので定期的にチェックされるメールアドレス、連絡の取れる携帯番号をお願いいたします。
When making a reservation, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and a reachable phone number.
Since important notifications will be sent via email, please use an address you check regularly and a mobile number where you can be reached.
営業時間
当サロンは24時間ご利用可能ですが、予約システム上では午前5:00～翌午前1:00（25:00）までのご予約が可能となっております。
深夜1:00～5:00の間にご利用を希望される場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
Our salon is available for use 24 hours a day.
However, our reservation system allows bookings between 5:00 AM and 1:00 AM (the following day).
If you wish to use the salon between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM, please contact us in advance.

予約方法
ご予約は、LINEよりお願いいたします。
ご予約直前まで他のお客様のご利用がある場合がございますので、ご予約時間になってからご入室ください。
また、ご予約時間を超えてのご利用や、ご予約時間前の入室につきましては、超過料金を請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。
なお、利用上問題があると判断した場合には、当方の判断によりご予約をキャンセルさせていただくことがあります。

支払方法
お支払いはご予約時に指定の方法にて決済させていただきます。
キャンセルはキャンセルポリシーに従って、所定のキャンセル料が発生します。
Payment must be completed using the designated method at the time of reservation.
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy.
入室方法
予約完了メールおよび前日のリマインドメールに、入室のための暗証番号が記載されています。
ご予約時間になりましたら、玄関の電子キーに暗証番号をご入力いただくと、開錠されます。
入室時に、原状復帰がされていない場合、ゴミの放置、電気の消し忘れなどにお気づきの際は、お手数ですがご一報いただけますと助かります。
なお、入口付近およびクローゼット内の備品保護のため、防犯カメラを設置しております。
The PIN code required for entry will be included in both the reservation confirmation email and the reminder email sent the day before your booking.

下記の項目についてはご利用を禁止しております。
トラブル対応
サロン内の建造物、設備什器備品、機器等を汚損・破損・紛失、または持ち帰られた場合には、損害の全額を賠償いただきます。
施術にあたり必要な保険（損害保険・賠償責任保険等）には、各自でご加入ください。必要であれば、保険会社をご紹介させていただきます。
お忘れ物については、当方では責任を負いかねます。管理人が気付いた場合に限り、現地にて2か月間保管いたしますが、保管期間を過ぎたものは破棄させていただきます。
時間外の立ち入り、原状復帰の不備、設備の破損などにより、次のご利用に支障が生じた場合には、当事者間でお話し合いのうえご対応をお願いいたします。
当サロンでは注意を促すことはできますが、トラブルの仲裁や解決には一切関与いたしません。
ご利用者様の顧客との間、または他のご利用者様との間で発生したトラブルを含め、その他すべての事項について、運営者は責任を負いかねます。
Guests will be held fully responsible for any damage, loss, or unauthorized removal of property, equipment, or fixtures within the salon.
Please arrange your own insurance coverage, such as liability or treatment insurance, as necessary. If needed, we are happy to refer you to an insurance provider.
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. If the on-site manager finds an item, it will be stored on the premises for up to two months. After that period, unclaimed items will be discarded.
If unauthorized access, insufficient reset, or damage to the facilities results in interference with the next guest’s use of the space, we ask that the involved parties resolve the matter directly.
While we may issue warnings, we are not responsible for and do not intervene in disputes or issues between guests or between guests and their clients.
